1. Return & Exchange Window

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Mandatory Unpacking Video

A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened is mandatory for any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

Videos recorded after opening or tampered packages will not be accepted as valid proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Hair Accessories: All hair accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Wholesale Orders: Any wholesale or bulk purchase (including hair accessories and other products) is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason.
4. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Only products with proven manufacturing defects or incorrect items (verified via unboxing video) will be considered.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note, as per our policy, any refund (in case applicable) is processed in the form of a credit note only.
